The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Just be glad you don't know about the OS2 variants -
Actually, I do know about them; I had OS/2 at one point too. And long
before that, I ran WordStar on a floppy based IBM 5150 (the original IBM PC)
with its infamous diamond pattern for cursor control.
I'd rather - and always do - have a new keyboard map.
I always set my own keyboard map as well. To this day, when I am working in
a display session I still set my keyboard to use the 5251-11 style usage
where the PC enter keys acts as field exit, and the right Ctrl is the Enter
key. It just feels like the "natural" thing to do when in a green screen.
But then I also modify the keyboard map to have many PC centric key combos
like Ctrl+right/left to move a word at a time so go figure...
