No cell coverage in some areas, especially NW Ohio.

We call on restaurants in every small town out there within our service
area. Like I say, it's only 5% of the calls or so.

Any particular reason that you don't get them wireless broadband cards and
get 100% of the orders over the internet? Or allow them to tether their
cell
phones? Are they that far out that there isn't cell service?

On one hand, there is additional cost.

On the other .. the cost of your time trying to make 40 year old technology
work, and the cost of lost/missing/delayed orders likely make this an easy
cost/benefit analysis.

Arrgh. I forgot to state I already had the latest driver on the off

would have driver issues.

Regarding the event log, they always seem to be 75 miles away when it
happens, and then don't tell me until 2 days later. Love those sales
people. I'm going to have to insist they get it to me ASAP after it
happens.

Sounds like a driver problem.

Have you checked with the vendor?

Anything in the event log that would indicate the cause?
