The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Backup? Maybe.
I had a user who created a rule to direct every incoming email to his junk
mail folder, a few years ago.
He was using 2003.
He thought it was funny until he had a problem with his outlook session and
during the course of investigating and cleaning his PST, all of his emails
were deleted.
Good thing we backed up all the PST's nightly.
Other than backups, I don't believe there is a recovery that you can use.

I have a user that didn't have sub-folders to his Inbox do a slip of the
fingers and shifted deleted all of the email in his Inbox. Does anyone
have any experience with recovery software? This is a PST file for
Outlook 2003.
