It has C:\Users\"username".LEESUPPLY\Documents in there and I can't
change it. If I could all it would say is H:\ so don't think that's it
but thanks.

It's a micro$oft product, it probably has a limit on number of chars in
the
name.
The number of chars in the path name contribute to the number of chars
in
the file name.
I've run into the problem in XP as well.
