Good News Everybody!

A new search engine is coming soon.

As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

You shouldn't have very many static address's. DHCP works to well these
days. And for those few systems that need a static address, I use a spread
sheet that all of IT can update...forget to update the spread sheet and you
get a finger broken. Further infractions progress up the arm.

What do you use to keep track of static IP addresses? We use an Excel
spreadsheet, but it's not much better than a pen and paper, to wit, the
address conflict I just found.
