A client of mine just shut down VPN and is now forcing me to use Terminal
Services. Isn't that just opening a big hole in their network giving the
Internet basically direct access to a server? I am trying to determine if I
should push back harder to open up the VPN server again.
Of course the other drawback is not having my developer tools (like WDSC)
installed (yet) and figuring out how to transfer files from my PC to their
server. I know I can map a drive from my computer to theirs through the
remote desktop client, but I'm sure I am opening a hole to my computer as
well doing that. Thank God I'm on a Mac.
