with trusting your entire accounting system and data to a third party?
Well. Do you trust that NSA haven't forced Microsoft to give them a backdoor to your Windows systems?

I fully understand the strong need to have systems under control, but if you make an agreement with a hosting provider does it matter if it runs in a cloud or on some system in their basement?

Is there reason for concern?
