I have an idea I already know this answer but I am wrong so often on
what I think I know, its worth asking.
I am publishing a report to our intranet. Now a user wants to print it
from the web page by using the browser's print facility instead of from
the spoolfile. It all works nicely excepting for the paging.
Is there an easy way to print a page bottom and a page heading at every
page break?
