Just discovered this. Ever tried to explain to a non-windows geek how to
find their actual Windows Temp directory? Eg the environment variable TEMP.
It is simple. Just have them do Start, Run and then type %temp% and it will
open in explorer!
Sure wish I'd known that when I was dealing with customers at Cornerstone!
