why you're going Ethernet and not wireless.

Wireless isn't fast enough. Even wireless N, which doesn't work that well in my house anyways, isn't going to cut it.

Plus there's the security issue ... I figure it's just a mater of time before someone figures out a way to crack WPA quickly. Hardwire is pretty much impossible to crack (as long as you can't tap into the wire itself).
