So let me preface this by stating the obvious: I'm an idiot who did not do
the proper research before placing an order online.
I needed a router for my U.S. Cellular Air Card for home use and found what
I thought would be a good product for me at www.cellphonemall.net
http://www.cellphonemall.net/wireless/store/cyfre-cmr1_sku37449.htm
I placed the order and spent the extra $15 to have it shipped overnight
(Guaranteed according to their website).
So far it's been 5 days and all I have gotten is an email stating that I
placed the order.
No router. No other communication.
The company will not answer their telephone. When you call, it either hangs
up on you autoamtically, gives you a busy signal, or puts you into
bad-hold-music-hell. So far today, I have been on hold with them for over
45
minutes. I have yet to actually talk to anyone there.
I doubt if they will answer the phone at all, but I'm curious to see how
long it will leave me connected this time before it disconnects me. I tried
earlier and was disconnected within two minutes.
I looked for reviews of this company only AFTER I placed my order, because,
as previously stated, I'm an idiot. The reviews are all negative and are
exactly like mine, except that some people did get their products but the
products did not work and when they shipped them back, they received no
refund or other contact.
I have since placed an order on Amazon for a similar product at half the
price and I'm sure it will arrive fine...And if it doesn't, or if it
doesn't
work, I know from past experience that Amazon will make everything right.
So please, please PLEASE!!! do not make the mistake I made and order
anythinig from Cellphonemall.net. They are flat out Miami crooks
