The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I will look for an updated firmware version. I've tried resetting back
to factory settings too with no luck (sorry I forgot to mention that
originally).

At this point then, make sure you are at the latest firmware update.
Then
restore to factory settings and try again. It's amazing what that'll
fix.
