I would think so.

I rented a Ford Escape last time I was in Hawaii ... it had the Microsoft Sync system. It would take just about any USB device (memory stick, hard drive, iPod, iPhone, etc) and play music from it.

I don't know if such a system exists outside of MS Sync, but it seems to me like it should be available.
