Hello,

Has anyone else using VMWare Server on a Windows host found a way to fix
the create new permissions blocking bug? I found the solution for Linux
hosts (edit authorization.xml) but it doesn't apply to Windows.

I've got a simple setup running an XP VM on a W2K8 SBS server to avoid
the hardware cost for a remote access but want to give an operator (not
administrator capable) the ability to start/stop/restart the VM.

I got another site that will be putting in the big honking ESXi for HA
in a couple of months but this one really doesn't justify that level.
