Try the Open in IE Tab extension for FF, works for me using ADP online

I don't think IE-Tab would work on Mac as it's simply a hosted OLE
container for the IE activex control. If you don't have IE in the first
place IE-Tab can't help. Although IE tab otherwise rocks!
