The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Windblows wants me to install IE8, but suggests in the license terms
that it will be covertly sending information for use of two features
I do not want /accelerators/ and /search suggestion service/. And
that I am not allowed to misuse these /Internet-based Services/.
What services? They sound like irritants. It sounds like I have
effectively no choice about using them however, if I use IE; I will
likely /hover/ over text or be directed to their search unwittingly.
So asking for advice. Should I ignore all the legalese & just
install [I almost never use IE anyhow], or should I just keep
rejecting IE8 installations?
