The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Jim,
I've only got 3.
Alexa Sparky v1.3.0,
Google Toolbar for Firefox v5.0.20080919wb1
Paypal for firefox v2.2.15.0
There is your problem.
-- Alexa is spyware, and is most likely responsible for the crashes.
-- The PayPal addon could be the problem as well.
-- I doubt the Google Toolbar is the problem, but it isn't necessary
as you can tell the built in search to default to Google, and the FF
pop-up blocker is excellent.
Try it without these add-ons; you are very likely to find it excellent.
As an aside, I also like Chrome because it is fast and easy to use. I
use it for my GMAIL, including this email. However, the security
infrastructure needs some work (it is a 1.0 product), so I don't use
it for secure stuff. And, I go back and forth about the
search/address bar combined and the consequent recording by Google of
my every keystroke in the search bar. When it first came out, I had
trouble with flash and video sites, but those now work fine..
Take care.
