Yes, but that hardware is either low quality or very expensive.

You can control the window placement programatically, but there also
multiple multi-monitor management programs out there. Matrox cards
usually ship with one.

Basically, i think you're better of buying multiple PCs. The
complexity of attaching 10 monitors to a PC is high, especially if
those are strewn throughout a warehouse. Another way would be to run
the software on a terminal server, and publish it to thin clients.
