Is your <CapsLock> key on? Tried <CtrlAltDel>? Hmmm... Did you run Windows Update manually?

If those are all okay, try it after rebooting. If that doesn't work, try restoring from your backup server. If that doesn't work, see if reinstalling fixes it.
