True, those are essentially about "credit card" arbitration and
arbitration contract clauses. Still, nowadays when I see 'binding
arbitration' as a requirement in a simple agreement, I start
thinking a _lot_ harder about the service.
I suspect that this is better for CPF0000 if any discussion comes
out of it. However, it's worth emphasizing that "reading your bill"
might be far too ineffective without a serious understanding of your
agreement.
