What does Downgrade from Vista to XP Pro mean/ do/imply for OS?


Glenn -

1) You have to buy a version of Vista that allows downgrade to XP

2) Some PC manufacturers don't allow you to downgrade certain computer
models - they only provide drivers for Vista. My nephew spent 18 hours
getting XP to run on his Toshiba laptop, since Toshiba doesn't provide a
downgrade to XP for his. Everything works except for 3 of his USB ports...
