You can adjust the ZA slider to "medium" and it will work with KB951748
until ZA gets a fix that works with the update.

If you use Zone Alarm for your firewall on XP, don't let windows
download their latest updates - particularly: KB951748

I let windows update last night and went to bed, this morning zone
alarm was blocking all internet access.

I had to shut it down and activate XP's firewall.
