That's another Vista improvement. Following Windows Update, should a
reboot be necessary you get an alert popup by the system tray instead of
a focus-stealing window. And you can tell it to defer for longer than
the 10 minute (and only 10 minute) delay XP gives you. I usually tell
it 4+ hours or whatever it takes for me to finish my work day.
