I've been playing with it ... but only to a limited extent. It has promise, but a little rough around the edges.

The only thing I don't like at the moment is how you enter time... very awkward.

I also found a nice tbird add in that connects lightning to google calendar (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/sunbird/addon/4631).
