Treo 7xx series phones get even better battery life. And Sedio makes
extended-life replacement batteries for 6xx/7xx Treos.
The Palm Centro can be had for $100 after rebates but is currently
exclusive to Sprint. It should get VZW availability before too much
longer. Personally I'd give it a whirl over the existing Treo lineup,
especially for a consumer v. business device. Note that as a PalmOS
SmartPhone it still runs all the same basic stuff the 6xx/7xx Treos can
but has a more consumer-friendly formfactor.
