Actually, you don't even have to buy an enclosure. I bought an adapter at
MicroCenter a few months ago that plugs into a USB port. On the other end
are connectors for the desktop IDE and the micro IDE that laptops use.
Different products offer variations on the connectors. Since I break down
old PCs for parts, this was a really nice & easy way to determine whether
the drive worked and the contents of it. Depending on your long-term needs,
this may suit you better than an enclosure, and it'll be cheaper too. Less
than $20, IIRC.
