Can you also use this to convert "real" Linux hosts to VMWare? Peter Colpaert Application Developer PLI - IT - Kontich, Belgium ----- Yoda of Borg are we. Futile is resistance, assimilated will you be. ----- "Bob Crothers" <bob2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: pctech-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 15/03/2007 15:30 Please respond to PC Technical Discussion for iSeries Users <pctech@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To "'PC Technical Discussion for iSeries Users'" <pctech@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Subject [PCTECH] VM Converter
Either way you leave no data on the host PC. The VMWare can be uninstalled if necessary. If you already have a running environment then http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/ will convert it to a VM for you.
Slick! I've been a user of VM Ware for a long time and didn't know about this! Thank you! Bob
