We are setting up Sharepoint as well.  The basic Sharepoint
(Sharepoint Services) is free with Windows Server 2003.  It includes
wiki and document library components, and I think it has functionality
for document sharing, collaboration and versioning.


Hi Tom,
This looks interesting as we have Server 2003 installed, so will investigate further. Hope SharePoint is more stable than Outlook and Word as they don't seem to work too well together and keep hanging my Outlook.
