Heh, I was configuring a new Dell laptop the other day and selected the
Express upgrade option ... but Dell wouldn't let me add it.

Turns out you MUST have a DVD drive in the configuration in order to
order the express upgrade.

I don't need a DVD drive, because I already have one.
