I use Hughes satellite everyday. It's better than dialup. Wildblue was supposed to be better, but the more I read, the more I think it was just because there were fewer users. First check to see if they what is dubbed as "Wireless DSL" this is usually through a cell provider. Although with a weak signal that probably isn't an option either. Satellite has a huge lag time but does work.
