Nope. The printer is attached to the network via an HP Jet Direct box.
Admittedly, it's an old box, but the other PC is configured the same way.
I'll have to look at the configuration for the PC that handles the reports
   properly.

     shutdown/restart message)

Paul - a wild guess. Could the printer be connected via a Parallel
cable, but not a bi-directional cable, so the PC never gets a
confirmation back from the PC that the reports have printed?

That's what I do, but shouldn't they flush out after printing? My other
     PC
     doesn't have this problem.

Can't you just delete them from the PC Printer output queue?

Very cool. I never new about this. I've got a problem with my PC in that
the "output queue" retains documents that I have printed. When I reboot,
they get printed again. Very annoying to have to manually purge these
     docs

     every time I print something.

Does anybody know of a way to correct this? Thanks
