Vonage and a number of the other VoIP providers apparently don't operate that way which is disappointing. No mention of Skype in the article.
Thanks for the link, John. I think we may be making a decision this weekend. You might want to send me your referral code for Sunrocket. But I will be checking out the other provider mentioned that offers service only where it can offer E911, ViaTalk. If anyone has any experience with ViaTalk, please post! TIA, Dan
