I was about to say the same thing, sounds like you didn't burn the CD as an
"image" instead it's just a regular data CD so the machine doesn't see it as
a bootable CD and so ignores it and boots windows instead.

How did you burn the CD?  What is supposed to happen is that the .ISO file
is used to create the CD; it is an image, similar to a compressed backup.
If you simply copied the .ISO file to the CD that is not enough.  The
process to create a CD from an ISO image is different for every software.
You may also need to flip a switch somewhere to make the CD bootable.

If time is not critical, it looks from the website that they will send you
CD's for little or no money, so you could try that.
