There is also a VERY good file viewer I highly recommend at www.fileviewer.com and while it isn't free, it is close enough and worth much more than its nominal cost. It also does EBCDIC and lets you set arbitrary record lengths (for when viewing undelimited EBCDIC data, for example), lets you override the EBCDIC to ASCII translation, setup grid lines based on the file, perform regex searches (across multiple files) and more options than you'd believe for a file viewer.
