I'm not 100% sure I understand the question.  Could you rephrase it?

I haven't missed calls ... but the quality isn't the same as a land
line.  Very similar to cell phone.  Some people mention they hear 'touch
tone sounds' every now and then on the other end.  I don't hear them.
