If you don't have too many employees, one easy way to solve it would be to download the data to a separate sheet using MS/Query and then on your original sheet use the VLOOKUP function to grab this data. I've been doing this more lately and it works fine, the only caveat is to make sure you have Excel do the sorting of the AS/400 data.
