Anyone know what this means (other than the obvious)?

A request to suspend power was denied by mobsync.exe

I do have a network drive set for off-line access, so my system will
have to synchronize the data on the share when I reconnect.

I'll have my laptop suspended ... and, when I suspect it would normally
try to automatically hibernate, I get this error in my event log and the
system stays on full power.
