I'm running FF 1.5 without ThunderBird.

PC Specs are:

        2Ghz Pentium IV
        Win2k running Service Pack 2
        500MB memory

I have not been able to determine the root cause but it seems
that some web pages take very long to load and when this occurs
memory usage climbs high (> 100MB) along with high CPU load.
