Kind of a newbie with XP Home and user accounts for each member of the
family (all limited), plus an admin account that I use only when required.

Am looking for an app (wondering if it exists) that would allow me to select
which icons can appear on each user's desktop, and which items can appear on
each users Start menu.

I know I can open up Windows Explorer and navigate to the \Documents and
Settings folder, and do the drag and drop thing, but it is such a pain in
the rear. Wouldn't it be much nicer if there was a "simple" app that would
collect all of the users' desktop icons and Start menu items and put it up
on a grid interface that the admin could click on or off?

TIA,
Dan
