I'm stumped on something and can't seem to get my IBM BP that set up Citrix
for me to call me back.

We have thin clients using Citrix to get sessions on W2003 Server on an IXS
card. There are 2 IBM laser printers on the network and 2 HP deskjets on
the network. Users at thin clients can print via Citrix session to both IBM
printers, but will not print to either HP printer. Works fine if you sign
on to the IXS directly.

Is there a trick or something I need to perform to get the HPs to work? The
IBMs (they work) were set up a year ago when the IBM BP was here. The
failing HPs were set up recently.

Also, the print dialogs from the thin clients _do_ show the HP printers
being there when File/Print option is taken in a windows app.

Thanks.
