>What do you mean 'on point'? One of the things that concerned me about the KB article was that even if a profile was locked up on a specific machine, it should still be ok on another machine. However, since you're really always logging into a the one machine it makes sense. I've done everything that KB article said. Even rebooted now (which it said W2003 did not need). She still cannot sign on. OTOH that KB article describes what's happening to a "T".
