How about using a Remote Control KVM? These are KVM's that don't actually have a mouse, keyboard and monitor attached. Instead, you go to it via a web page and that provides the monitor, keyboard and mouse. These are intended for use at a co-location type setup. Warning, they are not cheap. An 8 port remote KVM with Remote Power control costs about $2,000. You probably wont need the remote power control so that'll save you some money. But it is still expensive.
