They would never find out. There is no way (that I know of) that Microsoft can go check to see if your other computer is still activated using the same Key. They would have to access your old computer without you knowing about it. Once it's activated, that's it. It won't check with Microsoft again to activate. If you changed a bunch of components, you probably will need to activate again. I assume Windows checks the hardware each time it loads to make sure the activation key still matches the hardware.
