I'll add a second vote for eTrust. I've been using this software for a
number of years, and am very happy with it. It's a well behaved app that
simply does its job well and stays out of the way.

As Gary mentioned, if you have multiple machines, you can set it up so that
only a single machine is responsible for downloading the latest signatures.
The other machines on the network can then retrieve their signatures
locally.
 
I'm also still using the older 6.x version, so I can't offer an opinion on
the latest release.
