Well... I'm on the air with POI HSSF :-)

Read the first sheet to a workfile (a) on iSeries
Read the next sheet to a workfile (b) on iSeries
Old fashion way: RPG prog. with MR (matching record)
New fashion way: RPG prog. with chain from (a) to (b)
If match/hit write down the matching record to the third sheet.
