David,

PC Power Cooling makes very good power supplies and they have a "Silencer"
range that are supposed to be extra quiet.

Subject: [PCTECH] Quiet power supply?

Anyone have a recommendation for a quiet ATX power supply for a mini-tower?

I've got so many machines in the basement it's flooded with white noise
... I'm kind of hoping I could swap a power supply to try and cut down
on some of it.

Thanks!

david
