I'm looking for Windows software but can't think how to describe it so I can search for it. Specifically, I'd like to capture the screens that show the movement the user is making with the mouse, and the keyboard actions, so that I can play them back later. This is really a one-time shot as my intentions for using this are to help me document the process that a user goes through performing a lengthy task. Just to answer the inevitable question, the work I'd like to capture is Client Access screens, but there is interaction with Windows as well, so STRCPYSCN would be only a partial solution. I know I've seen the result of this type of software in "view-only" demos. Anyone? tia, db
