Periodically, I would like to leave some long-running tasks running on my PC (Defrag, AV scans, etc.) when I leave work for the day. If I Ctrl-Alt-Del to get to the "Windows Security" dialog, I have six option buttons, the first of which is Lock Computer. Clicking this locks Windows, requiring my (or the net admin's) password to unlock it. So, I'd like to be able to lock Windows in this way and have defrag or AV scans work in the background. Will this work? tia, db
