I have mine running 24x7 and not have a problem. I think I had an uptime of 100+ days before I had to reboot the server because of a patch. I don't fully keep track of my uptimes on that box, but I do know it is at least 99.9% uptime. I also have mine on a UPS so that brown-outs and power outages aren't generally a problem.
