David, does your UPS have software with it? The PowerWare we use for our 400s has its own Windows app that responds to the status from the serial connection. Of course, I'm connecting it to the 400, not a PC, so I don't use the software.

Well this obviously indicates that we lost power ... but "Application popup" isn't what I would categorize a power failure as.

Any suggestions?
